What if an AI agent did the work you keep putting off?

Answering emails, drafting quotes, posting on social media, keeping an eye on what's being said… An AI agent is an assistant configured once for your tasks, that then works every day. Jo sets it up for you, explains everything in plain language, and you stay in control.

So what exactly is an AI agent?

Let's keep it simple, no jargon. An AI assistant — like ChatGPT — is someone you ask a question and who answers you. Useful, but you do all the rest: open the tool, copy, paste, follow up, check. An AI agent is a step up: it's a digital employee that does the task for you, on its own, following your rules — and reports back when it's done.

Picture an everyday scene. An assistant is the colleague you ask "how do I write a follow-up?" and who dictates the text to you. An agent is the assistant you tell once, "every Monday, spot the unpaid invoices and draft the reminders in my tone" — and who then does it every week, without you having to ask again. You don't change jobs, you delegate the drudgery.

The difference comes down to three words: autonomy, memory, boundaries. The agent chains several steps without you holding its hand. It remembers your preferences, your templates, your vocabulary. And it works within boundaries that you set: what it's allowed to do, what it must submit to you before sending, what it never touches. It's not a robot deciding in your place. It's a disciplined worker that frees up your time on repetitive tasks — while you keep your hands on everything that matters.

In short: the assistant answers, the agent does. And with Jo, it always does so under your control.

1. You define the mission

Together we write, in plain language, what the agent should do, when, and in what tone. Your rules, your limits, your templates. It's your brief — you can change it whenever you like.

2. The agent works

It carries out the task on its own, on schedule: it sorts, drafts, prepares, monitors. It chains the steps without you standing over it. You spend your time elsewhere.

3. You approve

The agent shows you its work: "here are the 4 reminders ready, shall I send them?" You review, you adjust, you decide. Nothing goes out without your green light. The human always has the final say.

What an AI agent can do for you

  • 📧 Sort and pre-draft your emails — you review, adjust, send. No more overflowing inbox.
  • 📋 Prepare quotes and recurring documents from your templates, in seconds.
  • 📱 Feed your social media — draft posts in your tone, ready to approve.
  • 🔎 Do your monitoring — what's being said about your industry, your competitors, your clients, summed up every morning.
  • 🗂️ Organize and retrieve — your documents searchable in plain English ("find the March invoice").

The Jo principle, always: the agent proposes, the human decides. Nothing goes out without your approval.

An agent dedicated to your line of work

An AI agent is only worth something if it fits your daily routine. Here's what you can hand it first, depending on your business — the tasks that keep coming back, that eat into your evenings, and that nobody enjoys doing.

Tradesperson / shopkeeper

You're out on jobs or behind the counter all day — the paperwork waits for the evening. The agent handles it while you work.

  • Prepare quotes from your rates and templates
  • Send follow-ups on unanswered quotes and reminders for unpaid invoices
  • Draft replies to customer reviews (Google, social media), in your tone

Freelancer / consultant

You sell your time — every hour spent on admin is an hour you can't bill. The agent gives it back to you.

  • Sort and pre-draft your emails: proposals, follow-ups, routine replies
  • Do your industry and competitor monitoring, summed up every morning
  • Feed your channels (LinkedIn, newsletter) with drafts ready to approve

Small business (2-10 people)

A small team, a thousand requests. The agent absorbs the repetitive work so your people can focus on clients.

  • Handle first-line customer support (FAQ, order tracking)
  • Produce recurring documents: forms, reports, sheets
  • Route requests to the right person and prepare the replies

Nonprofit

Few resources, lots of volunteering. The agent does the office work so the energy goes to the field.

  • Write newsletters and communications to members
  • Track members: renewal reminders, replies, up-to-date lists
  • Spot and pre-fill relevant grant applications

How it works

  1. The assessment (free, 30 min) — you walk me through a typical week. Together we pinpoint the 2-3 tasks that cost you the most time.
  2. The transparent quote — what the agent will do, what it won't do, the exact price, the tools used. No surprises: The Jo Contract, article 1.
  3. The setup + the training — I configure everything, and above all: I teach you to use it and adjust it. You're never dependent on me.
  4. The follow-up — a check-in after a month, adjustments if needed. The agent has to save you time, otherwise we fix it.

The questions everyone asks

No spin. Here are the answers to the five questions that come up most.

How much does it cost?

There's no honest "off-the-shelf" price, because your agent won't look like anyone else's. The assessment is free and with no commitment: we identify your 2-3 time-consuming tasks, then you receive a transparent quote — what the agent will do, what it won't do, the exact price and the tools used. You then decide, fully informed. No surprises, ever: that's article 1 of The Jo Contract.

And my data? Where does it go?

Your data stays yours. Together we choose reputable tools, we share only what's strictly necessary for the task, and we explain in plain language what is stored and where. Nothing is resold, nothing is used behind your back. If something bothers you, we leave it out — it's your business, your rules.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

It can make mistakes, like anyone — which is exactly why the human signs off. The agent prepares, you review before anything goes out. We also set guardrails: what it's allowed to do on its own, and what it must always submit to you. The Jo principle doesn't budge: the agent proposes, you decide.

How long does it take to set up?

For a first, well-defined task, we're generally talking about a few days between the assessment and going live — no project that drags on for months. We start simple, on one or two tasks, we check it really saves you time, then we expand if you want. You're trained to use it from the start.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes, any time, with no justification. You're never trapped. And because Jo trains you to use and adjust your agent, you're not dependent: the keys are in your hands, not in a black box only someone else understands.
